Description
The area of application of fuel briquettes is quite wide: both for heating (used for all types of furnaces and boilers); for aesthetic purposes (fire-places); for food cooking (grilling, barbeque). First appearing in Sweden in 2006, walnut shell briquettes’ popularity grows steadily by all the European barbeque lovers. This is facilitated by low ash content, only 0,5%-1, 5%, as well as the most important feature – a presence of the walnut oil. Natural oil protects meat from extra dryness. As a result the dish turns out especially juicy and gentle, with unique pleasant taste. Also, the nut oil contained in the nut shell is an excellent natural igniter and burns very intensely, the hole in the middle of the briquette, in the same time, leads to an equal dealing of fire and heat.
