Introduction About Our Business

Acting in the interests of investors, we offer a new investment format that will allow investors to securely finance various projects around the world, bypassing the costs of intermediaries, organizing transactions, and eliminating technical and other barriers. The project proposes to finance the construction and operation of investment objects using, in particular, the Security Token Offering (STO) model.

Company Mission

AGRONEX LLC is a business project in the agricultural sector of the European economy. The result of the project is the creation of an integrated, high-tech, environmentally friendly, waste-free, export-oriented, highly profitable business for the processing of agricultural products (walnuts, corn, etc.) and wood processing waste with full self-sufficiency in energy needs through the electricity generation (15 MW SPP) based on renewable energy sources integrated into the production process.

Company Vision

Planting a walnut orchard with a total area of 320 hectares, setting up a new processing facility and re-profiling the existing one, standardising materials and components, exporting and importing agricultural products, producing and selling food and industrial goods, and organising a distribution network for the products. Finished products are sold in the Nordic countries, the UK and Israel.

Products & Services

WALNUT KERNEL – 1\4 MIX, 1\4 LIGHT, 1\2 LIGHT, WALNUT MIX (ANY), Dark amber walnut. This superfood contains iron, cobalt, copper, zinc, more than 20 amino acids, vitamins B, P, C, antioxidants, fatty acids, calcium, essential oils, fibre, proteins.
WALNUT SHELLS – crushed walnut shells, abrasives without affecting the base material, additives to drilling fluids, filler for paints and cosmetics, solid fuels, filler for furniture boards, drainage for sports fields, backfill for landscape design, soil additives to improve nutritional and protective properties, environmentally friendly filler for animal bedding.
WALNUT LEAVES. Pharmacological properties of walnut leaves: wound healing, antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory. It improves blood clotting, lowers sugar level.
WALNUT MEMBRANES have healing properties and are used in medicine. Walnut hulls are considered a valuable product due to their high content of iodine, various vitamins (A, B, E, C, P), tannins, proteins, carbohydrates, and acids.
WALNUT OIL is made from ground substandard residues of walnut kernel processing. The oil is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, including copper, essential fatty acids and manganese.

Business Stages

The business structure provides for the possibility of phased implementation with further scaling:
Stage 1 (first year of a business): Acquisition of a land plot, planting and operation of a walnut orchard (320 ha); Acquisition, reconstruction and construction of an integral production property complex with an area of 20,000 m2. Acquisition, installation and operation of technological equipment;
Stage 2 (second – third year): Operation of the walnut orchard; Processing of walnuts (shelling, calibration, pre-sale preparation). Grinding of walnut shells and membranes for further use in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and construction industries. Establishment of walnut oil production; Establishment of pharmaceutical and cosmetic production;
Stage 3 (third to fifth year):
Production of wood pellets and fuel briquettes from walnut shells; Production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products; Manufacture of industrial goods, construction materials and materials for the oil and gas industry;

Funding Sources

The financing scheme is based on bilateral investment, loan agreements between companies or joint investment and business agreements that involve combining the efforts and assets of the parties, providing (tangible or intangible assets of the company) or guarantees that fully cover the financial risks of the investment project. It is planned to raise funds from banks. It is a direct bank loan for a term of up to 5 years, with the cost of the resource in accordance with the current bank regulations.

ABOUT BUSINESS

Our flowless process

AGRONEX LLC is a business project in the agricultural sector of the European economy. The result of the project is the creation of an integrated, high-tech, environmentally friendly, waste-free, export-oriented, highly profitable business for the processing of agricultural products (walnuts, corn, etc.) and wood processing waste with full self-sufficiency in energy needs through the electricity generation (15 MW SPP) based on renewable energy sources integrated into the production process. Walnut processing consists of the following steps:
Kernel calibration. At this stage, the walnut kernels are sorted into halves (1/2), quarters (1/4) and eighths (1/8), and the walnuts are cleaned of their shells and membranes;
Sorting by colour. Manual sorting is carried out on special lines, in which walnuts are sorted by colour (extra, light, light amber and amber);
Drying. Peeled walnuts are dried in special drying chambers.
Product packaging. Peeled walnuts are packed in cardboard boxes of 10 kg or in vacuum bags of 2*5 kg.

Garden`s Technology

Intensive technology. In essence, intensive technology is a set of measures that increase soil fertility, preserve and improve the immune system of the planting material and the walnut tree as a whole. Therefore, the walnut tree’s immune system needs to be formed, maintained and improved even before it is “born”, before the walnut is grafted. When laying walnut rootstocks, seedlings, in the autumn before planting, it is necessary to treat the soil with an EM preparation. In May-June of the year following planting, regularly treat the seedlings with an EM solution, at least 2 times a month, May-June, and once in July and August. These treatments are both preventive and improve nutrition and boost immunity. The next stage involves grafting the seedlings, processing and preparing the scion and rootstock, and using an EM solution for balanced nutrition. The basis of intensive nut orchard cultivation is the use of organic farming, not to adjust nature to ourselves, but to look for our place in nature. And most importantly, to completely abandon pesticides, pesticides, herbicides – this is poison for a walnut orchard, development is delayed, only strong and healthy trees give an increase of at least 2 metres of green mass per year.

Raw Materials

Fruit size: about 30 mm, fruit weight with a green shell 28-35 grams, Taste: delicate, oily, without bitterness; Kernel yield is 55%. Pure product 50-52%, kernel filling: 85%; The kernel is easily extracted. kernel: white, has a golden skin; Beginning of fruiting: 2-3 years Productivity: A 5-7 year old tree produces about 25-30 kg of fruit, at the age of 10 years the fertility of the plant reaches 70-90 kg of fruit, and by the age of 20 years one tree can produce up to 150 kg of fruit. Our walnut processing facility complies with the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, Fire Inspectorate, Labour Protection Service, Environmental Service, as well as all other related inspections and regulatory authorities, which is confirmed by the ISO 22000 certificate, which is a globally accepted standard for food safety. We have the facilities to process walnuts in accordance with European standards: – Our own ecological walnut orchard, which allows us to produce organic products and predict the yield of walnuts in the current year, and consequently its price; – Own laboratory that strictly controls all stages of walnut processing, from raw materials to packaging of walnut products. – The new walnut processing line produces about 220 kg/h, and thanks to the ability to adjust the compression of the barbed plates, the nut is optimally split, which means the maximum yield of halves. – The territory and warehouses are climate-controlled for proper storage of walnuts.
